Pregnant Pilates

Pregnancy is a fantastic time where bodily changes occur at all levels in a short time, therefore, it is important to follow adequate training to adapt to the changes that this stage entails.

The classes for pregnant women at Adn Pilates are sessions designed and adapted to each trimester of pregnancy. We help future mothers connect with their breathing and have control of their own body. It is ideal to maintain a strong body, a pelvic floor prepared for childbirth and a physical condition that allows for rapid postpartum recovery.

Postpartum Pilates

Postpartum is a period full of emotional uncertainty, different sensations, where the body undergoes a series of almost immediate physical changes to return to the pre-pregnancy state. Ignorance, the rush to regain your figure and the need to feel good, often leads to unhealthy practices that seriously harm the pelvic floor.

At Adn Pilates we give the same importance to this stage as to pregnancy, because optimal recovery of deep muscles translates into a strong, toned body and mind without risk of injuries or consequences due to the weight of pregnancy. With appropriate practice in each case, we work with the Reformer, Mat and accessories, during the session to regain physical fitness and emotional health in a short time.
